In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on the 92game platform and uses any part of its services.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon completing the registration process on 92game.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's 92game Account at any given time, inclusive of deposited funds and any credited bonus amounts.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, cashback awards, or match deposit bonuses credited to an Account by 92game.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by a Player via any supported payment method including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, SadaPay, Meezan Bank, or USDT TRC20.
• "Services" means the online casino, sports betting, live dealer, and all other gaming products made available through the 92game platform.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures, including submission of a valid CNIC or passport and proof of payment method ownership.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked on eligible games before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds.

By registering an Account on 92game, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

92game supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, SadaPay, Meezan Bank, and USDT TRC20. The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• All funds deposited into your 92game Account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits start from Rs 100. USDT TRC20 minimum deposits are set at the equivalent of Rs 500 at the prevailing exchange rate at time of deposit.
• Deposits are credited to your 92game Balance upon confirmed receipt. USDT TRC20 deposits typically confirm within two (2) minutes. Bank transfer and mobile wallet deposits may take up to thirty (30) minutes during periods of high network load.
• 92game does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. 92game is not responsible for any fees levied by third-party payment processors.
• Deposits made for the sole purpose of exploiting a bonus offer and then withdrawing without genuine play constitute bonus abuse and will result in account suspension and full balance forfeiture.

Withdrawals of Real Money Funds are subject to the following conditions:

• All withdrawals require completion of 92game's KYC verification process. This includes submission of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport, a recent selfie, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the 92game Account holder. Cross-name withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed the same business day when submitted before 5:00 PM PKT. Bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay) may take one (1) to two (2) business days.
• USDT TRC20 withdrawals are processed within one (1) hour of approval and are subject to prevailing network gas fees, which will be deducted from the withdrawal amount.
• 92game reserves the right to request additional documentation, impose a temporary withdrawal hold, or conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, or Terms violations are suspected.
• Any Bonus Funds that have not satisfied their applicable Wagering Requirement at the time of a withdrawal request will be automatically removed from the Balance prior to processing.

92game offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific conditions published at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and have not previously claimed the same promotional offer.
• Unless stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds carry a wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount on eligible games before any portion may be withdrawn.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at reduced rates as specified in the individual promotion terms.

• Bonuses credited as a result of error, system malfunction, or exploitation of a software glitch are void and will be removed from the Account Balance. Any associated winnings derived from such erroneous credits are also forfeit.
• Players may only hold one active Welcome Bonus at a time. Attempting to claim the same welcome offer through multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse.

All games and betting markets available on 92game are governed by the following general rules:

• Once a bet or wager has been confirmed and accepted by the 92game system, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed by the Player except where a cash-out option is explicitly available and exercised before the relevant event concludes.
• In the event of a disputed game outcome — including suspected random number generator (RNG) malfunction or live dealer error — 92game's decision, following internal review, is final and binding.
• Cricket betting markets, including PSL in-play markets, are governed by the specific sports betting rules published in the sportsbook section. These include void conditions for abandoned matches, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method applications, and over-reduction scenarios.
• 92game reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has already commenced where the platform's real-time data feed experienced a delay or error, and where the Player could reasonably be considered to have had an unfair informational advantage.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and may be adjusted by 92game at any time.
• Winnings from casino games are paid directly to the Player's Real Money Balance. Sports betting winnings are credited upon settlement of the relevant event market, which occurs within 30 minutes of the event's official conclusion.

The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and where applicable, reporting to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using or attempting to use automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence system to place bets, claim bonuses, or interact with the 92game platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit platform vulnerabilities, or artificially satisfy wagering requirements across multiple accounts.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any form of financial fraud. 92game actively cooperates with anti-money laundering (AML) investigations and will freeze accounts under investigation without prior notice.
• Opening multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming the same bonus offer more than once, circumventing account restrictions, or evading a self-exclusion or suspension.
• Exploiting known or unknown software bugs, glitches, or mathematical errors in any game in a systematic manner to generate profit. Players who discover a game error are obligated to notify 92game support immediately.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or payment provider after funds have been credited to your 92game Account. Chargeback abuse results in immediate permanent closure and debt recovery proceedings.
